Instead of POSLAJU, I chose the pickup option. Please email us directly to nazimpiankid@gmail.com with your transaction id/order id. You will have to top up for the shipping fee.
Unfortunately, no. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may vary slightly from what you see (example : the position of the flowers may be at different places). If u have any doubt of our products, you may purchase it from our boutique to avoid any misunderstanding in the future.
We ship everyday. But due to large order, Posting will be done usually 1-3 business days after payment received.
Bear in mind that we need time to check your payment and wrap your items before sending it to the post office. Be patient =) Once they are shipped out, we will notify you with the tracking number. Please bear in mind, that Nazkid will not be taking any responsibilities of any missing parcels, lost items during transactions, damage of the items, or late delivery as POS MALAYSIA will be held responsible. We’re very sorry at the moment we do not offer expedite shipping. Orders are processed sequently, we will ship those who ordered before you.
Tracking number will be given once your order is shipped. If the addressee is not available during PosLaju delivery, we advise her/him to pickup his/her item at nearest POSLAJU branch. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE is allowed if you missed the delivery. Furthermore, the buyer has to top up shipping cost again if the parcel is returned to us. We don’t provide refunds if you change your mind and do not want the parcel re-sent.
Unfortunately, we dont do refunds if your parcel is not delivered/missing. Poslaju will be held responsible on handling the shipping. We can provide true details that we have sent the parcel out. However, we can make a claim for you to POS MALAYSIA. The process of refund will take about 3 months. Only part of the total you paid, will be returned to you by POS MALAYSIA BHD.ย

Nazkid want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Nazkid site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
The prices displayed at nazkid.com.my do not include a delivery charge. We are using Poslaju to deliver your order.
The price does not include import taxes or custom duties. Import taxes/custom duties will be charged by your carrier at delivery and Nazkid does not compensate these charges.
If the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market extra fees will be applied upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
The delivery charge for each order will be different, depends on the weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. For more information regarding delivery cost please visit Poslaju website for further information.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact Nazkid Customer Service who will settle the refund.
Nazkid exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
Nazkid endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days following confirmation of an order. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact Nazkid Customer Service via telephone or via email.
We do not receive any withdrawal of order unless you receive the faulty and defective items. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back because of faulty item(s) or wrong sizing, you may return your order from the date you place the order until 7 days after receipt of the ordered items. Please note that you will bear the cost of the return of the items to Nazkid, unless otherwise stated by your local customer rights legislation. If you wish to exchange the faulty and defective items, please provide us with notice in writing either by post, preferably by email to Nazkid Customer Service; please visit our customer service for contact information.
You can pay for your goods by using direct payment from major bank in Malaysia including Maybank2u, Cimbclicks, Bank Islam, RHB Online, FPX and Hong Leong Bank only. You will be directed to your preferred payment channel when you proceed to check out. We also accept payment by Paypal and credit card. Please note that any applicable bank charges will be borne by you.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Nazkid abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding manufacturing faults in goods that we have sold, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay.
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at nazkid.com.my remain with licensors. Any use of nazkid.com.my or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Nazkid.
